I am an Academic Internal medicine physician and Wellness Leader in the Pacific Northwest. I continue to practice medicine in addition to teaching and coaching. Like so many other physicians, I experienced severe burnout during residency training to the point that I considered leaving medicine altogether. Out of that experience grew a deep passion to support physicians and advocate for system change. For the past decade, I have explored nearly every wellness intervention I could find, both personally and professionally. I knew right away when I discovered coaching that it was the most powerful and transformative. I have been immersed in coaching as a client and coach ever since. Just like every athlete, I believe that every doctor deserves a coach who can help them achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Doctors are some of the most intelligent and resilient humans on the planet and I love helping them to rediscover their power.
